Had a wonderful time. The hotel was well priced and clean, huge and reasonably large rooms. Its location just a short stroll away from Casina delle Civette Museum was favourable. This venue was located in a good area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with requests.

Location near to the main touristic attractions, city centre and the main areas of interest. Good food options. The service in general was EXCELLENT.

The rooms are well decorated and neat, and are complete with spare blanket, the shower plus non-functioning heating system. The hotel's location is prime and the staff are exceptionally friendly.
Hard to think of anything.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and main tourist attractions, yet in a nice and safe residential area that is not too crowded. The rooms are spacious and have amenities such as AC, TV, and a refrigerator. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but delicious with freshly baked goods.
The hotel lacks Wi-Fi access, which may be inconvenient for business travelers or those in need of internet connection.

1. Transport accessibility. Castro Pretorio metro station is about 10 minutes on foot and there is also a bus stop nearby, from where you can get to Trastevere for example. 2. Convenient location. Close to the center and sights, is especially convenient for daily walks and excursions. Nearby you can find a couple of supermarkets, ATM, shops and cafes. area is quiet and peaceful, it is not afraid to come back late and there are no tourist crowds. 3. Responsive staff. guys at reception are attentive and responsive, helped with all questions. Helpful staff. Cute home interior in the hallway.
1. Dirty room. The room has dirty stains on the walls, on the chandelier dust hanging in pieces. It's not cozy or nice to be in. 2. Very small shower cabin. I'm a fragile girl, but even for me it was tight. 3. Lack of shelves and mirrors. The bathroom has only one small shelf above the sink, cosmetics and personal care items have nowhere to put. Nowhere to hang or put a hair dryer, no towel hook near the sink, and no clothes hook. No full-length mirror. 4. Dim light in the bathroom. It is particularly inconvenient that there is no additional lighting in the area above the sink. 5. Bad noise insulation. If someone in the next room was showering, talking, and even more so the children were screaming, it seemed like I had it all. Sometimes it was annoying that after a busy day there was no way to rest and relax in your room. 6. It's an uncomfortable blanket. It's basically a normal sheet with a blanket on top, no duvet. The room is small even for one person. It's got a meterage on it, so I expected something like this.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is ideal, as it is situated in a genuine Italian neighborhood just off the city's tourist center. It is a safe area with several excellent eateries nearby. The staff provide outstanding service and the basic amenities in the rooms are of high quality. One highlight is the air conditioning system, which works perfectly to ensure a comfortable stay.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.

Staff was very friendly and very accomodating. Went out of the way to help despite being very obviously busy with phones ringing off the hook. Hotel was on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, was nice, clean, and cozy. Rooms were small but spacious enough to sleep and keep all our stuff comfortably. Location was good, has buses right outside going to most all the sights directly withing 25 minutes maximum, as well as on to the main metro/train station in about 5-10 minutes. You could also walk to the hotel in 15-30 minutes from some of the closer sights, and located in safe areas so walking at night was not a problem.
It is good value for the money considering other places in Rome. Only downside is that it's missing some amenities of more expensive hotels obviously, such as free wi-fi, breakfast, etc. It's nothing special, but if you're looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to stay for the nights, this is where to be.

All was satisfactory, no aspects for improvement identified.

Nice place, nice neighborhood, typical italian market place and not so much expensive cofes, I liked it
Big problem of the most Italian accomodations it that they do not have soundproofing walls - you will listen whatever your neighbors do - and this place it is the same problem ... There is not free wifi internet connection.

Catherine
The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty.
The hotel was difficult to find, and the elevator was old and slow. The air conditioning didn't work well and the shower was uncomfortable.
